Class Times Available:
- Mondays: 5:00pm–6:00pm
- Tuesdays: 7:30am–8:30am
- Wednesdays: 5:00pm–6:00pm
- Thursdays: 7:00am–8:00am, 8:00am–9:00am
- Fridays: 7:00am–8:00am
What You Get:
- Locked-in time slot each week, no need to rebook
- Health fund rebate available | $45 per session without rebate
- Small Group Focus (max 3 participants)
- Welcoming to all levels: new or experienced
