Our next 10-week block of Pilates classes kicked off this week–and spots are limited!

Join a small group (just 3 per class) in a supportive, focusedenvironment designed tohelp you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.

Class Times Available:

  • Mondays: 5:00pm–6:00pm
  • Tuesdays: 7:30am–8:30am
  • Wednesdays: 5:00pm–6:00pm
  • Thursdays: 7:00am–8:00am, 8:00am–9:00am
  • Fridays: 7:00am–8:00am

What You Get:

  • Locked-in time slot each week, no need to rebook
  • Health fund rebate available | $45 per session without rebate
  • Small Group Focus (max 3 participants)
  • Welcoming to all levels: new or experienced
