IMPORTANT: Please read this document carefully. Your use of MRP Health services is conditional upon your acceptance and ongoing compliance with these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to all Goods and Services supplied by MRP Health. They are to be read in addition to, and take precedence over, any additional terms specified for individual services, programs, products, courses, fitness sessions, seminars, or events offered by MRP Health. By enrolling in any MRP Health service and in consideration for any applicable fees, I acknowledge, warrant, and agree that:
Definitions
MRP Health: MRP Health Pty Ltd, including its permitted successors and assigns.
Agreement: this document.
MRP Health Representative: any director, officer, employee, contractor, subcontractor, agent, or other authorised representative of MRP Health.
“I” refers to the MRP Health client agreeing to this Agreement.
MRP Health Goods and Services: includes any classes, programs (including online programs), products, consultations, fitness sessions, seminars, workshops, and events. This definition may be expanded from time to time.
Payments
All fees and pricing for MRP Health Goods and Services may change at the sole discretion of MRP Health.
Full payment is required in advance to secure term participation in any MRP Group classes.
All fees are subject to an annual adjustment.
Cancellation Policy: For therapy services if less than one (1) clear business days’ notice is given to cancel an appointment, 100% of the total fee must be paid. There is no charge if more notice of cancellation is given. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5pm.
Participation Policy
MRP Health reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry or ongoing participation if an MRP Health Representative determines (at their sole discretion) that I am not medically or physically fit to participate.
MRP Health does not provide medical advice; it is my responsibility to obtain medical clearance where required. - Refuse participation if my behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or unacceptable.
- Set operational rules necessary for safe and effective delivery of services, including:
- Requirement for medical clearance
- Compliance with health, safety, and facility guidelines
Warning – Exercise Risks
I understand and accept that:
- Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including strenuous movement, balance and mobility work, weight training, and bodyweight exercises.
- I may decline any exercise I do not wish to perform.
- Injuries, accidents, or severe health events (including death) may occur.
- If I feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or overexertion, I must stop immediately and notify an MRP Health Representative.
Fitness to Participate
I confirm that:
- I am medically and physically fit to participate, subject to conditions disclosed in my medical history.
- I am not a danger to myself or others.
- I will notify MRP Health in writing of any change to my health or fitness.
Unless notified, MRP Health will rely on my declaration as evidence of my fitness.
Medical Treatment
I authorise MRP Health Representatives to obtain or administer medical assistance in the event of an accident or medical condition and agree to cover any associated costs.
Exclusion of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- MRP Health and its Representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, injury, damage, costs, or expenses arising from participation—including loss of income, profit, or opportunity—except where caused by gross negligence as defined under applicable legislation.
Statutory Guarantees
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), MRP Health guarantees that its services are:
- Delivered with due care and skill
- Fit for their disclosed purpose
- Delivered within a reasonable timeframe
By agreeing to this document, I acknowledge that these rights may be restricted as allowed by law, except in cases involving gross negligence.
Release and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify MRP Health and its Representatives from all claims arising from or connected to my participation in MRP Health services.
Privacy
The collection, use, and management of personal information by MRP Health is governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described in that policy.
Photography & Media
I consent to photographs and videos taken during MRP Health services being used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation. These remain the property of MRP Health.
AI assisted documentation
MRP Health may use artificial intelligence (AI)‑assisted documentation systems that capture audio and/or video during treatment sessions for the purpose of generating clinical notes. Such recordings are retained only for the duration of the session and are automatically and irreversibly deleted once the notes have been completed. No recordings are stored, used, or disclosed beyond this purpose. If you do not wish to be recorded during your session please notify your therapist.
Compliments and complaints
MRP Health are very interested in your experience with us and would like to hear your feedback on what we have done well and what we could improve upon. We will listen to your feedback and work to resolve any issues quickly and confidentially.
