Who We Work With

NSW Workers Compensation

We support clients covered under the NSW Workers Compensation scheme. If you’ve been injured at work, our SIRA registered therapists can help you recover safely, return to work confidently, and manage ongoing symptoms. We communicate with your GP, insurer, and case manager to ensure your treatment plan is approved, goal‑focused, and aligned with your recovery pathway.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

We proudly work with DVA clients, offering evidence‑based care tailored to your physical needs and long‑term wellbeing. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or maintaining strength and mobility, our therapists provide respectful, personalised support. With a valid DVA referral from your GP, your sessions are fully covered.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

We work with self‑managed and plan‑managed NDIS participants to support mobility, strength, independence, and functional capacity. Our therapists create individualised programs that align with your NDIS goals—whether that’s improving daily living or participating more fully in your community. We provide clear reporting and communication to support your plan reviews and ongoing progress.

Compulsory Third Party (CTP) / Motor Accident Insurance

If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident, our SIRA registered therapists can help you recover with safe, structured rehabilitation. We work directly with your insurer to ensure your treatment is approved and aligned with your recovery needs. Early intervention is key, and we support you through every stage—from acute pain management to long‑term strength and return to normal activity.

How do I book an appointment after a work injury or motor vehicle accident?

You can contact us directly to book your initial appointment or book online. Our team will guide you through the information we need to get started, including claim details and any documentation from your GP or insurer. If booking online please fill out our client registration form, sent via email, with your claim details.

Yes. You can book the appropriate appointment type through our online booking platform. When
completing your new client registration form, please include your claim number, insurer details, and any case manager information so we can prepare everything before your session.

Yes. Under NSW Workers Compensation guidelines, you can usually access up to two early treatment sessions with a physiotherapist before your claim is fully approved. This allows you to begin treatment and manage your injury while the insurer processes your claim. For motor vehicle accidents (CTP), you may also be able to start treatment early depending on your insurer’s requirements—our team can guide you through the process and help you understand your options.

Please have your claim number, insurer details, and case manager contact information (if applicable) ready. Date injury occurred and location of injury e.g. knee

For DVA clients, you’ll need a valid GP referral. Once we have this, we can book your sessions and organise ongoing treatment.

Before your first NDIS appointment, please confirm whether you are self‑managed or plan‑managed. We’ll also need details about your available funding, plan start and end dates, and whether your funding is allocated across specific periods. If you have a support coordinator or plan manager, please provide their contact details so we can coordinate your care smoothly.

You can begin treatment privately while your claim is being assessed, or you can wait until approval is confirmed. We’ll help you understand your options so you can make the best decision for your situation.

A Certificate of Capacity is a medical form completed by your GP that describes your injury, your current work capacity, and any limitations or restrictions you may have. It helps your insurer and employer understand what duties you can safely perform and what support you need while recovering. This certificate is required for Workers Compensation and often for CTP (motor accident) claims, and it must be updated regularly throughout your recovery.

An Allied Health Treatment Request Form is a document your therapist completes to request approval from your insurer for ongoing treatment after a work injury or motor vehicle accident. It outlines your injury, your current functional limitations, the type of therapy recommended, and the number of sessions needed. Insurers use this form to decide whether to approve further treatment, ensuring your care plan is appropriate and aligned with your recovery goals.
